Hiyuki Kagari

Hiyuki Kagari is initially tasked by the Kamunabi with capturing Chihiro and seizing Enten, a mission she carries out with the rigor expected of an agency operative.

Over the course of her clashes and observations, however, she begins to question the Kamunabi's methods and Chihiro's true motivations, which gradually shakes her initial loyalty.
