Founded after the Seitei War, the Kamunabi is the government agency of sorcerers tasked with maintaining the country's stability. Its top priority: securing the Enchanted Blades, deemed too dangerous to remain in free circulation.
The agency is led by Kasen, whose true intentions turn out to be far murkier: she has secretly conspired with the Hishaku, casting a shadow over the legitimacy of the entire agency.
Among its agents are Soshiro Azami, one of the organization's strongest fighters, and Hiyuki Kagari, once tasked with capturing Chihiro before she began to doubt the Kamunabi's methods. The Masumi clan, a clan of ninjas, has been loyal to them since the agency's founding.
